After transcoding is complete, the recording can be used in PlayPosit.

A Success screen means that the video has successfully been processed within PlayPosit.

Note: Longer videos take longer to upload to PlayPosit.

A Processing screen means that the video is uploading.

After the account is authenticated through Google SSO, a Processing or Success screen will appear.

Click on the Google Drive button to initiate the transfer of the file to PlayPosit Note: If the school does not have an institutional license with PlayPosit, an invalid screen will appear.

Choose the account with the same email address that is connected to your PlayPosit account.

The first time Upload to Playposit is clicked, a Google single sign on (SSO) pop-up will appear.

Click on the Upload to PlayPosit share option.

Be sure to title the video and/or make any edits necessary before uploading to PlayPosit.

In the right sidebar, there will now be an option to Upload to PlayPosit.

Close this tab and refresh the browser tab with the screen recording.

In the new tab, select the toggle next to PlayPosit.

In the drop down menu, click Add more share options.Under the Share menu on the right side of the screen, click More options.The screen recording will open in a new browser tab.Use the Screencastify browser extension to create a screen recording.Link your Screencastify account to your PlayPosit account.
